Only those who have been confirmed and assigned a parade position number will be accepted into the line up on parade day. If you have not received confirmation we did not receive your entry.
Businesses wishing to promote themselves in the parade are expected to provide a donation toward the cost of the parade and enter a vehicle decorated in holiday theme.
We are always looking for volunteers to carry sponsor banners or assist with other tasks on parade day. Anyone over the age of 12 may apply. Secondary School students may apply this service to their volunteer hours.

All areas of the form must be completed accurately. Any changes to your entry must be advised several days in advance to parade day as only the vehicles registered have been designated a position in the marshaling area. Additional vehicles cannot be accommodated last minute.
Please note that we can only take up to 75 entrants and registration will be closed once maximum entry has been received and confirmed.
The Stoney Creek Santa Claus Parade runs the first Saturday each December and leaves the marshaling area promptly at 2 pm. The parade route begins at Cardinal Newman Catholic Secondary School on Grays Rd. and travels west on King St. E. to Battlefield Dr.
